A car park digital controller circuit is commonly used to control car parking troubles/chaos in a car parking area by monitoring car going out and car going in to relation to the number of parking slots. In any parking area, parking slots are limited, and so the digital controller circuit must tell when parking slots are FULL to avoid cars to keep on going in. To implement this kind of circuit, we need to come up with a quite stable structure for it that will show how it operates. Its operations must solve all parking areas problems, and reduce chaos.
