OA系统与其他系统可以通过Webservice互相调用，从而实现OA发布流程给其他应用使用，并将结果返回。设计环境为建行OA测试应用（湖北测试）和一个简单的tomcat环境的报销申请应用，具体步骤为（1）OA系统发布一个WebService服务，此服务可以在OA中创建一个项目为“报销申请”的事务审批单，并向当前用户发送待办事宜。（2）tomcat应用调用OA系统的webservice服务，向OA中写入一个申请单，并向当前用户发送待办事宜（3）当前用户在OA中通过待办事宜打开审批单，流转实现审批（4）审批结束后，点击操作[返回拟稿人]，调用tomcat webservice服务，返回审批结果。-OA system with other systems through Webservice call each other and thus achieve OA release flow to other applications use, and the results back.
