S1 is a system with n a waiter, serving in a user queue, the number of attendants entered by the user. When one or more of the crew is idle, the queue started the first customer service. When a user accesses the service attendant if there are more than idle, the user randomly selected attendants. S2 is a n n a waiter serving a queue.
